Specifically, the study tests the relationship between the customer and service provider in the company. This study also offerings the market competition towards relative product quality and market power in the urban distribution channel. Results generally support the brand loyalty of the product and originality of spare parts.The After sales service found to enhance consumer perception of product quality and quality of the service.
